How do I book a therapy session?

  2. Get on a short audio call with the therapist (not-charged, lasts 10-12 minutes) and schedule your first session together.

  3. Start your video counselling sessions from your comfort/safe space.

How do I know which therapist is right for me?

Honestly, there is no way for us to be completely sure a therapist will be right for you.

But we can assure you we do our best in connecting you to a therapist who specialises in the concerns you identify that need therapeutic intervention.
